My Purpose
…is to help others nurture their spirit, create the conditions that are right for them to thrive, and shine their light as they expand and star in the life they have consciously created.
My Approach
…in coaching people is shaped and supported by past and current professional engagement in areas of energy psychology, addressing holistically the body-mind-spirit, relationships, communication, connection with self and spiritual development. Natural energies contribute to wellness; spiritual practices such as qigong, meditation and mindfulness enliven our spirit. From this wellspring of infinite possibilities, we consciously create a life of purpose and joy.
My Creative Path
I am no stranger to the creative unfolding that happens when spirit is nurtured. I have reinvented myself many times as my life has unfolded. I have been licensed as a psychologist for over 25 years, pioneering in energy psychology methods, and addressing holistically the mind-body-spirit connection. This practice has expanded to include positive psychology, and eventually led me to be certified as a life coach. I have been certified as a qigong instructor for over 10 years. The wellness and spiritual depth of this practice led me to become a watercolor artist, and I have had several exhibits of my works. And the focus of my life coaching is now on using one’s creativity is all aspects of living – consciously creating the life you desire. I did just that in my living in the Caribbean for 13 years. Consistently nurturing my spirit and expanding the expression of it has given me confidence that I can do anything I have a desire to do.
